I hope that you guys have been enjoying this beautiful weather that we’ve been experiencing lately on the East Coast – because I know that I have! In celebration for summer, I’m going to be switching things up with my hair soon. More to come on that once it gets closer to my big appointment, but I feel like you’re all going to really like it!
In the mean time, my hair has gotten quite long, to the point that I can finally start doing some fun things with it besides just curling it everyday. But in all honesty, I haven’t had long hair in over a year and I can’t for the life of me come up with any cute hairstyles on a whim to do. That being said, I’m going to be attending L’Oréal Professional’s Hair Fashion Night tomorrow to get the lowdown on what’s considered cool for hairstyles this year. Yes, I’m full on admitting that I don’t know what’s considered trendy for hair right now haha. Nothing wrong with that though! I can definitely use all of the help that I can get!
The event itself is actually held in 30 countries across the world, but I’ll only be able to attend the one in Toronto tomorrow. It’s a shame because I would totally love to travel just attend all of them! I’ve booked my appointment for 6:20 PM, so if you guys are there at around the same time, come say hi! I’d love to meet all of you.
The appointments are around 20 minutes each, and you’ll be able to have a one-on-one session with L’Oréal Professional Hair Stylist who will provide advice and a personalized styling session of 1 of the 6 top Spring/Summer looks fresh off of the catwalks. Here’s what you can expect for this season:

Seeing as I already do the waves quite a bit (it’s literally my go-to look every single day), braids of some sort are probably going to be my style of choice. I can’t for the life of me do a cute braid though so I’m excited to pick up some tips and tricks on how to make them look Pinterest worthy.
